- The customer has to pay a 50% deposit right after the confirmation of the order. The remaining payment would be made before submission.
- The customer can cancel the order after it is being processed, however, service charges/cancellation charges will be deducted by 18%.
- The customer is allowed to request for refund if the company does not comply in submitting the work within the deadline. Moreover, if the customer gets failed in the work produced by us, then also he would be eligible for a refund.
- The time period of the process of refund is 3 to 5 business days.
- The customer is eligible for requesting the initial drafts or writer’s notes during the process of crafting it. Furthermore, he can also request for unlimited free revisions to satisfy himself with the quality of the work.
- Customers must pay 100% payment upfront for online exams. Orders will not be entertained if left unpaid.
- The amount paid for online exams is non-refundable.
